Shout out to the wonderful Moretti staff at this visit today. So appreciate your help in the TGTG issue (which is resolved now). Wow, everything is so yummy and fresh. Delicious sourdough bread. Lovely cupcakes.

I only went here a handful of times, but when I first discovered it, I really sang their praises. Their breads are genuinely good, and some of the Dream Cakes can be delicious when they’re done right. Unfortunately, I found the quality inconsistent. I recently tried the Dubai chocolate-inspired Dream Cake and it honestly tasted like almost nothing. I also tried the cheesecake with strawberry topping, and the cheesecake was extremely dense while the topping tasted canned rather than fresh. The staff has always been very kind and welcoming, which makes this even more disappointing to write. What ultimately made me decide not to return was seeing political cupcakes displayed after the presidential election. Regardless of political beliefs, I personally feel businesses should stay neutral because politics are so divisive and can alienate customers on either side, especially in a diverse area like Staten Island’s North Shore. It completely changed the feeling of the place for me, and I haven’t gone back since. I truly wish the staff and bakery well, but overall I left disappointed.

We ordered a custom 1st birthday cake for my daughter and it could not have turned out more beautifully! The floral garden design came out even better than the inspiration photos I shared — the detail on every little buttercream flower was absolutely stunning. But beyond the looks, the cake was DELICIOUS. Every guest at the party was raving about it, with multiple people saying it was one of the best cakes they had ever had!! If you need a custom birthday cake or any special occasion cake, look no further. This bakery delivers on every level — flavor, design, and execution. We will 100% be back for every celebration!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All I can say is WOW! I had an amazing experience from sampling to eventually ordering and getting accommodated during a holiday time. The flavor of the cakes was amazing and moist, we had the 7 layer with raspberry cannoli cream & strawberry with cream cheese filling. It was such a hit at my baby shower ! I will always order a cake from here !

I stopped in here for some Italian cookies. And I left with Italian cookies and friends for life. At Morettis you become family the second you walk in. Whether there's 1 customer or 100 you get greeted with a warm welcome. For the desserts, you have to get some of their dream cakes. They're so good and she has a ton of flavors. Gotta buy some loaves of bread to take home as well. And don't forget a cannoli or two. Or three for the walk home 😆. Thank you again for the wonderful vibes!
